Christine Karales Paul

Broker

Christine Paul was born in Dorchester, MA, but lived in Southern Maine before starting school. She graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a major in Journalism/Media Studies.

Shortly after graduating from college, she was recruited into the mortgage business, where she worked as a loan officer/broker from 2004 until early 2009.

 By the end of 2009, she was enrolled in the Sales Agent course and licensed in 2010. She went on to work for Donna at Your Real Estate Co.

Together, they teamed up and went to Keller Williams in 2014 and Exp Realty in 2019. In 2021, Christine became a broker. From there, Christine and Donna decided to co-own Your Real Estate Co. and have been in business since.

Christine has a son, Madix, who is a teenager. She also has two young adult bonus daughters, Makaila and Mya, a golden retriever, Ollie, a cat, Milo, and lives with her fiancé, Dali, in a home they built in Buxton with a planned wedding in Montenegro in 2027

In her free time, Christine enjoys time with her family, traveling, exploring new places, and working out. She took home several trophies in local fitness competitions from 2017 to 2021.

Christine has organized events to benefit Saco Food Pantry and other local organizations, served on the board of the local Kiwanis chapter, and served as an ambassador for the Biddeford/Saco Chamber of Commerce.

Christine credits her many years in the hospitality industry for her love of people and her commitment to excellent customer service. She focuses on excellent communication and customer service. Her specialty is building relationships, marketing properties, and helping a buyer through the buying process, which has built a strong referral business. Short sales are also a specialty that has enabled Christine to build relationships with local builders and investors.
